Author Biography

Erika Budiman is a graphic designer and photographer with an irrepressible passion for exploring the ever-changing urban landscape. Through her work on Explore Australia's Hide & Seek guide series, she developed a love of food trucks. Erika collaborated with a number of Australian food truck owners to source the diverse collection of recipes, which she has turned into a stunning cookbook.
