Recipes for summery salads, impressive starters and dishes for dinner parties sit alongside timeless favourites such as tender Roast Chicken, hearty Beef Provencale, and Saltimboca. Sweet treats include classics such as Lemon Delicious, Cr?me Caramel and Meringues, rich cheesecakes and muffins, and of course, the perfect Pavlova.
