In Land Rush, the Ute Indians have been removed from the Uncompahgre Reservation in Colorado. Now white families have lined up along the reservation boundary waiting for the U.S. Armys signal to move in on the vacated land and make their homestead claims. Steve and Al Regan are among those homesteaders, but they have set their sights on rich land coveted by the wily Bronc Vedder. The Logan family has been farming in Sage Valley without much success when the entire valley is purchased by cattleman Matt Strang. Dave Logan knows that the valley is no good for farming and signs on with Strang. But there are those who dont like the idea of one man owning the whole valley. They think the only way to deal with Strang and his men is to defy them with firearms and violence in Guns in Sage Valley.
