Author Biography

Belle English is a chef and manager of the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen. Born and raised in Boston, she fell in love with cooking and baking at an early age in her family's restaurants. After working in several of the city's kitchens, Belle founded and ran her own catering company. She is also a culinary illustrator, writer, and food stylist. Devon Francis is a cook in the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen. As a native Californian, she grew up eating locally grown ingredients and loves to highlight them in her cooking. She specializes in recipe development and is also a food stylist and photographer. She is a graduate of San Francisco Cooking School.
