Julia Kelly is a stage and television actress. However, she grew up on a farm in Loudoun County, Virginia. She was in the back seat of her family's green Pontiac when she first saw the waving girl. She has written a series of Myrtle's Trailer Trips based on this imprint. She has also written, "Big Sister Search" and "Big Sister Plans."
