The curious adventures of the Lemon Drop Kids start off as a misadventure and turns into an epic journey. The young explorers start off sailing their little raft close to home and end up going all the way to the infamous Pirate Island. Along the way they run into pirates, jaguars, rainbow T. Rex, flying dragons, and a monkey named Bananas.

Craig Honeycutt works for himself most days and like to play the rest of the time. He likes to play at night, in the woods, in the mountains, and especially in the water. When he's not working or playing, he likes dreaming he is a Pirate.Maryjo Scott is an illustrator, poet and mother of three. she presently lives in the hills of Connecticut with her family, one little brown eyed dog, two geckos, a chinchilla named licorice and a flock of talkative hens.
