Description

"Blacksnake Blues" is the story of Karen Blacksnake, a Navajo woman who was abducted by the mob and set to work in its sex slave industry. Five years pass when she makes her daring escape, killing her client in the process. Now wanted by the FBI and the mob, she gains the aide of an eight-year-old homeless black girl, Raxi Malcom and her sister Zeebee. Together they must find rescue and remain on the run if they are to continue their flight from those who are hunting them down. Living on the Navajo reservation, Karen Blacksnake is lured to The Well of Light Institute, the mob's phony modeling school and spiritual center in Sedona Arizona, where she is promised a career path to Hollywood.
