Description
This important selection of essays from one of the best popularizer of marxist economics-like his better known colleague, David Harvey, Saad-Filho has taught Marx's Capital to thousands and thousands of students over the course of his academic career-it certain to be of interest to both academics and general readers. His focus on Brazil is of particular note, since so much of mainstream economists either completely ignore the Global South, or just talk about China.
