With the help of healing raw foods and juices, Jamie went from hating her body to loving herself, from fear of food to an intense respect for it as "life's fuel". As a teenager, she was diagnosed with anorexia, and at 5" 7" and 85 lbs, she knew something had to change quickly. She began to eat raw food and drink green juice. Jamie Graber is the owner of Gingersnap's Organic. She is a certified yoga teacher and an Institute of Integrative Nutrition life coach. She lives in New York City with her chef-husband.
