Author Biography

BarbieTheWelder started working for a custom fabrication shop out of school in 2008. She began her own shop in her garage a few years later and quickly went to work designing and crafting everything from a three-tier chandelier to a steampunk owl to a chain-pup table. She enjoys the challenge of designing and handcrafting unique home decor as well as furniture. Her art is crafted from mostly repurposed and found materials, giving a second life to items that have been discarded. She is from Erin, New York.
