Author Biography
Andy Steves was born into a traveling family, heading to Europe each year while his father, Rick Steves, researched his guidebooks and filmed his TV shows. Today, Andy introduces young travelers to Europe though his own company, Weekend Student Adventures (wsaeurope.com), and hosts a successful travel podcast featuring his tips, tricks, and stories. Currently dividing his time between Prague, Medellin, and his home state of Washington, Andy travels frequently to speak about his book, engage diverse audiences in his travel workshop, and seek out the next great adventure.
ReviewsFrom Amsterdam to Venice, the must-see sights are described and travel tips abound, with an emphasis on stretching the travel dollar. Yet there's no skimping on insider know-how about bars, cafes and places to stay. --Society of American Travel Writers Foundation
