Author Biography

Ed Koch was mayor of New York City from 1978 to 1989. Prior to being mayor, he served for nine years as a congressman and two years as a member of the New York City Council. He was born and raised in New York City. He died in 2013. Gregg Stebben is the author of nineteen books. He wasn't born in New York, but he often wishes he had been. Pat Farnack has been a trusted voice on New York's WCBS Newsradio 880 for nearly two decades, currently hosting middays. Gregg Stebben is the author of eleven books and a writer for Men's Health, Esquire, Bon Appetit, SPY, and other magazines. Jason Katzman is an editor and writer. He lives in New York City.
