Author Biography
Pema Ch dr nis an American Buddhist nun in the lineage of Ch gyam Trungpa Rinpoche and is currently a student of the Venerable Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. She is resident teacher at Gampo Abbey in Nova Scotia, the first Tibetan monastery in North America established for Westerners.
