There are serious debates taking place in the labor movement about how to rebuild and what strategies should be used to increase union membership. Given the large number of Spanish-speaking workers in the US labor force, as well as the need to place solidarity among a multi-racial working class at the heart of organizing, this Spanish-language edition is particularly timely.
