Description
Chogyam Trungpa (1939-1987) was a renowned Tibetan meditation master whose penetrating insights and understanding of Western culture allowed him to introduce key Buddhist concepts and practices in a fresh and unique way. These collected works include a total of eight volumes that bring together his books and other writings - some of which have never before been available in book form - including articles, seminar transcripts, poems and interviews.
Author Biography
Ch gyam Trungpa (1940-1987)-meditation master, teacher, and artist-founded Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, the first Buddhist-inspired university in North America; the Shambhala Training program; and an international association of meditation centers known as Shambhala International. He is the author of numerous books including Shambhala- The Sacred Path of the Warrior, Cutting Through Spiritual Materialism, and The Myth of Freedom.
