Here Juxtapoz curates a book representing a new generation of painters who have excelled at photorealism and hyperrealism, but have taken the mediums and injected them with new styles, techniques, ideas and individual personality. The resulting work is beyond categorization. With growing viewership interested in these super-realistic modes the field of artists creating high fidelity renderings is at a high water mark. The selection of works focuses on talent and technique in the figurative realm. Artists include Dan Witz, Hilo Chen & Jenn Mann.

Editor-in-Chief, Evan Pricco started at Juxtapoz Magazine in 2006. A native of Oakland, CA and the East Bay, Pricco draws artistic inspiration from Grand Royal Magazine and the Beastie Boys. An artist, curator and bootleg music digger, Pricco's multifaceted life experience includes co-curating an exhibition with Takashi Murakami in Vancouver, and expanded the Juxtapoz universe into a podcast (Radio Juxtapoz).
