Author Biography
Phil Pepe has been a sportswriter for the Yankees for more than 60 years and is the author of more than 40 books on sports, including collaborations with Yankee legends Mickey Mantle, Billy Martin, and Whitey Ford. Don Larsen is a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played from 1953-67 for seven different teams. He is best known for pitching a perfect game in game five of the 1956 World Series.
