Author Biography

Jeffrey Zimmerman, Ph.D., is President and Cofounder of Beacon Behavioral Services LLC (Avon, CT) and the P.E.A.C.E. Program (Parents Equally Allied to Co-Parent Effectively), which is a specialized service for high-conflict divorcing parents. He is also coauthor of The Co-Parenting Survival Guide, Letting Go of Conflict after a Difficult Divorce. Dr. Zimmerman is a member of the American Psychological Association and member, Past President, and Fellow of the Connecticut Psychological Association. He is also on the clinical faculty of the University of Connecticut Health CenterElizabeth S. Thayer, Ph.D., is a Vice President and Cofounder of Beacon Behavior Services, LLC (Avon, CT) and the P.E.A.C.E. Program (Parents Equally Allied to Co-Parent Effectively), which is a specialized service for high-conflict divorcing parents. She is also coauthor of The Co-Parenting Survival Guide, Letting Go of Conflict after a Difficult Divorce. Dr. Thayer is a member of the American Psychological Association and Connecticut Psychological Association. She also serves on the State of Connecticut Board of Examiners in Psychology.
