Description
In this groundbreaking anthology, Reginald Ray has assembled teachings from accomplished contemporary masters who brought Tibetan Buddhism to the West and who address their words of wisdom directly to the concerns of Western students. It features major lamas of the Practice Lineage, the branch of Tibetan Buddhism that emphasises not merely study and doctrine, but meditation practice, personal experience, and spiritual realisation.
