Sweet spots that help you achieve body confidence, self love, and self worth. 6. Stress management strategies to learn what outlets work best for you by practicing release options. One size never fits all!Each of the seven phases of this book will include personal assessments to evolve your mindset, body awareness, and relationship with food. You may choose to journey the phased system alone or with others. Partners or small group are encouraged to meet once a week for fellowship and accountability. For some, it may be advisable to work through this with a trusted companion, life/health coach, licensed counselor, yoga teacher, registered dietitian-nutritionist, or other medical professional, as some of this may elicit a deeper emotional response than anticipated.
