This book is half memoir, half meditations. It was written so that I could unburden my soul, and look at my own life in an objective fashion. It was also written so I could pass on some of the universal secrets I have learned in my long years of research.

I am a man with a mental health diagnosis, a former substance abuse problem, an insatiable thirst for traveling and a voracious appetite for books. My life has been one long, strange trip, the most amazing I ever took. I live in my home in Florida with my wife and two exceptionally troublesome dachshunds, Ace and Bella.
