Author Biography
Jan Hedh is known throughout Sweden as a beloved baker and confectioner and is internationally recognized within the food industry. He works as a partner in the artisan bakery Peter's Yard and is the author of Swedish Breads and Pastries, Artisan Breads, and The Ultimate Guide to Homemade Ice Cream. Hedh lives in Malmoe, Sweden. Klas Andersson is a food photographer who also shoots for magazines and advertising and communications agencies. Andersson resides in Sweden.
