Elise Bant is Professor of Private Law and Commercial Regulation at The University of Western Australia and Professorial Fellow at Melbourne Law School. Wayne Courtney is Professor of Law at the National University of Singapore. James Goudkamp is Professor of the Law of Obligations at the University of Oxford. Jeannie Marie Paterson is Professor of Law at Melbourne Law School.
