Constant is an Emeritus Consultant Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgeon, a visiting Consultant Shoulder & Elbow Specialist at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge and Senior Member & College Lecturer in Medical Sciences. Dr. Cecilia Brassett is a Fellow and College Lecturer in Medical Sciences at Cambridge Univerisity. Michelle Speak is a Fellow and College Lecturer in Anatomy at Cambridge University.
