Author Biography

Linda M. Cushman is an associate professor of Retail Management in the Department of Marketing at Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University, USA. Her research appears in journals such as the Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management, Customer Relationship Management, and the Journal of Shopping Center Research.
