Author Biography
Helen Joseph-Armstrong teaches in the fashion department at Los Angeles Trade Technical College. Susan Ashdown has 45 years of patternmaking experience in theatrical costuming and the apparel industry. She has recently retired from Cornell University where she taught draping in the Department of Fiber Science and Apparel Design for 27 years. She is currently an Emerita professor in the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University.
