Development Financing tackles the complicated subject of how to aid and finance the development of LEDCs. Author Biography
Salah Al-Shaikhly is the former Iraqi Ambassador to the United Kingdom (2004-2008). Previously he has held several government posts, including Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq (1976).
