Author Biography
David Cotton is an international trainer, speaker, facilitator and author. He is a Fellow of the British Institute for Learning and Development, a Member of the Institute of Leadership, and an accredited DISC practitioner. He has run a successful consultancy since the 1980s, working on four continents and more than 30 countries.
