Description

This masterful wordless picture book blurs the lines between real and imagined. It starts with a simple pencil line that with the turn of a page becomes a skater's trail on a frozen pond. It starts with a sheet of ice on a pond that seamlessly morphs into a piece of drawing paper. And from there, the magic continues to flow from the pencil and imagination of internationally acclaimed artist Suzy Lee, reminding us why her books have been lauded around the world. The seemingly simple story about a young skater is really an homage to the power of creativity that will charm the youngest of readers and astound book enthusiasts of any age.
