They will be attracted to the book's fresh, contemporary and irresistibly tasty-looking recipes and photography, and a mix-and-match reference section in the back of the book that helps pair the perfect dressing to any food. In a small, affordable package, this book helps readers elevate their everyday menu game without much effort, and merchandizes beautifully with napkins, servingware, and other products. A short and sweet resource to salad dressings including 30 recipes for dressings, each with suggested pairings and toppings to make a wonderful salad, 10 recipes for toppings such as savory granola and cripy prosciutto, and 10 recipes using components to make delicious composed salads. The book is divided into four categories, organized by flavor profile into bold, bright, and rich dressings, and a chapter on toppings.
