Reviews

The best friend you can have in the kitchen * Nigel Slater * This gospel according to teachers at the famous cookery school has many disciples ... The thorough and utterly reliable techniques are useful and informative, but what sets this book apart are the sections on things that can go wrong and how you can avoid them * Independent * Great as not only does it tell you how to cook, but it also explains why something may have gone wrong * Psychologies Magazine * Indispensable ... This is a book that will be referred to again... and again... and again * Waitrose Weekend *
