Author Biography
Patrick Ness is the award-winning and best-selling author of the Chaos Walking trilogy, More Than This and The Rest of Us Just Live Here. He also wrote the screenplay for the film of A Monster Calls. John Green has described him as "an insanely beautiful writer". He has won every major prize in children's fiction, including the Carnegie Medal twice. He lives in London. He won the Kate Greenaway Medal in 2012 for his illustrations for Patrick Ness's A Monster Calls. Jim Kay was chosen by J. K.
