Author Biography

David Walser is the author of Meg and the Pirate, The Fairy Tales, The Thousand Nights and One Night, and Nut Cracker, all illustrated by Jan Pienkowski. He is also an artist, translator and musician. He lives in Barnes, London. Jan Pienkowski was born in Warsaw in 1936. He is one of the leading artists working in Britain today, and is the bestselling illustrator of the Meg and Mog series, Haunted House, and A Necklace of Raindrops.
