My kids really enjoyed this book and the correlation wasn't lost on them as they flashed their "big and sharp" teeth. They identified with Little Dino's impulses and quickly related their own stories of prey. This short read opened up a good discussion about why biting, and especially biting people, is bad.-- "Small Strides blog" ...a good book to read to youngsters when their teeth are coming in, in order to show why they should not bite. The illustrations are bright and aren't unnecessarily complex. A nice board book that teaches a simple lesson, although you do have to wonder how many children will be cutting their teeth on this very book. . . .board books make a great gift for new parents and their lovely (although bitey) children.-- "Miss Tiff Reads blog" A great little story to share with your "little dino" about what to chomp and what not to.-- "Novel Nutritious blog" A 20-page board book with lively, colorful illustrations, Little Dinos Don't Bite was a hit with the Little Guy. While reading the story, Little Guy would do the sound effects, bare his teeth and roar like a dinosaur. For all 20 pages he was attentive and happy to play along.-- "The Novel Life blog" Another cute board book we will be adding to our collection.
