Duke has published in a wide-range of international journals on these topics, including Classical Quarterly, Legal Theory, Ancient Philosophy, History of Political Thought, International Journal of Constitutional Law, and European Law Review. He is also the co-editor of The Cambridge Companion to Natural Law Jurisprudence (2017).
