Peter Ashley grew up in North Carolina and earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in communications from UNC-CH. He has worked in marketing and communications leadership roles across industries, including financial services, consulting and higher education. consulting, manufacturing, not-for-profit and higher education institutions. Chief Dan Jones is a retired Fire Chief and a 41-year veteran of the Fire Service. He is a speaker and consultant on the topics of leadership and organizational management.
