According to research, children that are given these tools demonstrate increased emotional and intellectual health... higher self-esteem and better self-images. They learn to cope better. They will not bully or be as affected by bullies as using behaviors based on character strengths is shown to break up the negativity bias. Children become more successful in academics and families that use them to strength spot each other become more peaceful and better connected. Parents can learn to be strength based in their parenting, teachers can use this as a tool in the classroom and children will be better connected to positive emotions and behaviors for themselves and their friends. Kids will learn what is right with them instead of what is wrong with them. They will discover their talents and their identity will be based on their character.
