Kyle Kovats is a real estate professional based out of New Jersey. He obtained his real estate license fresh out of high school while at Rutgers University. Since beginning as a real estate agent, Kyle has served as a leasing agent, sales agent, flipper, as well as both a passive investor and general partner in multi-family real estate syndications. In 2016 Kyle was recognized by the National Association of Realtors when he was named to their annual 30 Under 30 list recognizing some of the top professionals in the industry under the age of 30. Kyle currently serves on the NAR advisory board as the commercial representative. Kyle is the owner and lead instructor of Kovats Real Estate School in New Jersey.
