Author Biography

Pierre Singaravelou is a professor of Asian contemporary history at the Sorbonne University, Director of Publications at the Sorbonne and a member of the Institut Universitaire de France. He has published numerous books on the history of Asian colonization and globalization in the 19th and 20th centuries. Fabrice Argounes teaches geography at the University of Rouen-Normandy (ESPE). He is the author of several books on geopolitics in Asia.
