Author Biography

Lee Gardenswartz, PhD, and Anita Rowe, PhD, are co-partners in the management consulting firm Gardenswartz & Rowe. Pioneers in the field of diversity training, they have worked with such clients as Starbucks and Harvard Medical School, and co-authored five books, including the award-winning Managing Diversity. Jorge Cherbosque, PhD, co-director of the Staff and Faculty Counseling Center at UCLA, is an active consultant whose diverse clients include the Young Presidents Organization, Target Corporation, and Wells Fargo. All are partners in the Emotional Intelligence and Diversity Institute.
