Description
The Troll is fed up with eating boring old goats, so off he strolls in search of some scrumptious children. But the little boy on the bike insists that the four children in the car behind him would be FAR tastier than him. And - look! -those children in the school bus behind would be yummier still... But the children in the big digger are looking hungry, too. It's time for that terrible Troll to make a quick exit! This paperback edition comes with a free audio reading featuring music and using children's voices - accessible anywhere and anytime you're connected to the internet by scanning a QR code on your smartphone or tablet.
Author Biography
Elli spent a lot of her childhood with her nose in a book, much to the annoyance of the lampposts she used to bump into when reading and walking at the same time. She now lives in London with her husband and so many children (four of them) that she can't remember their birthdays and regularly muddles their names. She divides her time between writing and translation work, and when she's not doing either she can often be found singing in a chamber choir or joining in with Renaissance polyphony in the local pub. After many jobs in many different fields, David Barrow made the life-changing decision to do an MA in Children's Book Illustration at The Cambridge School of Art. David graduated in 2015, winning the Sebastian Walker Award for most promising student, and is now living the dream making picture books as his proper full-time job! His first book, Have You Seen Elephant?, was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children's Book Prize. David currently resides in the wilds of Northamptonshire with Jo, his son Teddy and their over-affectionate cat Sofia.
