Description

Plant Paradox guru and best-selling author Steven R. Gundry, MD, calls author Claudia Curici "the leader in empowering a low-lectin lifestyle." Curici, the first low-lectin food blogger and still the most popular, focuses in her second book on quick -and-easy weekday meals for home cooks with busy lives. She includes a number of recipes for the Instant Pot or other electric pressure cookers. There are plenty of recipes, too, for fancy weekend meals for company. Millions of people around the world have adopted a lectin-elimination diet, to get rid of toxins in their GI tract, lose weight, enhance nutrient absorption, and improve mood. In the past two years, what had been a "no-lectin" diet has evolved into a "low-lectin" diet. This timely book rides that wave with more than 100 creative and delicious low-lectin recipes.
