Ge Evolution Locomotives

The latest in a long line of development, Evolution Locomotives are set to change rail use throughout out the world. Their development process yielded 25 patents, 13 patents pending, and 18 invention disclosures. At the heart of the Evolutions success is the GEVO 12-cylinder engine, which produces the same horsepower as the old 16 cylinder FDL while using less fuel and reducing emissions, has a 4,4000 horsepower and carries a 5,000 gallon fuel capacity.
