Reviews

Because the story of Kristallnacht is so concise, this volume expands its reach. It includes detailed information about the entire era, from World War I to World War II.-- "Association of Jewish Libraries Reviews" Mixing personal anecdotes with primary sources and a nonfiction narrative style, the authors present each event clearly, and colorful inserts on most pages provide additional information. . . .Despite being a slight 112 pages, each book packs an impressive amount of detailed information, as well as an emotional punch. There are many photographs, maps, and newspaper clippings inserted throughout the book. . . .The series is valuable for both junior high and young senior high school research or for any reader interested in World War II. This series is a highly recommended purchase.-- "VOYA" Useful for at-home reading but primarily designed for the classroom or library, this series will find a helpful and much-used place on the history education shelf.-- "Jewish Book Council"
