ReviewsWe all have choices when it comes to ageing well. Getting older doesn't mean an inevitable decline and this book will help you understand how to age well. Changes in nutrition and lifestyle can keep your cells working at a healthy level much longer than they would otherwise and that can help you avoid chronic diseases such as Alzheimer's and heart disease. The book gives you the information and understanding you need to build your own nutritional strategy. - Dr David Beales FRCP MRCGP DCH DRCOG Dip Psych, GP with a special interest in Behavioural and Elderly Care Medicine, author and joint editor of Commun This friendly book is like having your own personal coach - Nursing Standard
