Author Biography
Martha Beck PhD received her BA, MA and PhD from Harvard. Dr Beck taught career development at the American Graduate School of International Management and acted as research assistant to Dr John Kotter at Harvard Business School. As a creator of Life Designs, Inc, Martha Beck has helped hundreds of clients to fulfil their potential and create joyful lives Martha Beck lectures, seminars, and provides one-on-one counselling. She is the author of Expecting Adam and The Joy Diet (June 2003). She lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
