Each example shows the method of obtaining the solution and includes additional explanatory notes. For some topics, where it would have been difficult to understand a solution given on a single drawing, the solution has been drawn in step-by-step form. All the figures used conform to the recommendations of BS 308: 1972. Engineering Drawing with Worked Examples 1 and 2 together provide a background course for technician students, but will be equally useful for any engineering drawing course.
