Author Biography
Ted Reader is an award-winning chef, cookbook author, and master of the grill and smoker. He has authored more than a dozen cookbooks, including The Complete Idiot's Guide to Smoking Foods, King of the Q's Blue Plate BBQ, and Beerlicious: The Art of Grillin' and Chillin'. Chef Ted was the executive chef at the Skydome Hotel at Rogers Centre in Toronto. He also developed an eponymous line of seasoning and sauces: Ted's World Famous BBQ.
