Viewers loved her honesty, sense of humour and family-focused cooking style. Julie went on to turn her passion into a hugely successful career, including releasing six successful cookbooks, regularly appearing on television, writing a column for The Australian Women's Weekly for almost ten years and co-hosting breakfast radio on Star 104.5 for four years.
