Ashley Mallett played Test cricket for Australia from the late 1960s until the early 1980s, capturing 132 wickets with his off-spinners. Turning to journalism, he has written for newspapers and magazines worldwide. He has also written twenty-three books and broadcasts Test matches for ABC Local Radio.
